On my way back, I was little puzzled since I had faced some physical problem while tracing my file in custom’s office. I had felt some cramps in my muscles. My age was nearing 41-years. So I thought it better to undergo a complete medical check-up. My doctor found everything all right but he made it a point to advise me about 45-minutes, regular stretching exercises. The cramps were the result of sedentary life-style.
