POSITIVE ENERGY IN OUR BODY – A SECRET OF SUCCESS
Positive thinking is a means to depositing positive
energy into our body that helps us achieve success in our life. Negative thinking makes our life
miserable. Always think of positive
actions for the good of the human kind and lead a happy life. You beget good out of good and bad out of
bad,
We have two states of mind – consciousness and unconsciousness. All our actions are within the knowledge pf
either of them. We talk to others. Our conscious mind is active. We walk back to our home after work
involuntarily without guiding our legs where to move, where to take a turn etc. Here unconscious mind is at work. We eat
peanuts. If we feel that a peanut is
about to fall out, we shut our mouth instantly.
This is the act of our unconscious mind.
We are set to get up each morning at about the same
time for the simple reason that our unconscious mind is so programmed. We do not need an alarm clock to work for
us. This action of getting up at certain
hour is the instruction given to our unconscious mind.
Our unconscious mind is powerful and does a great
deal of job for us. As does the
conscious mind, unconscious mind also suggests our body effectively on how to
behave. It makes our body carry out the
suggestions. This strength may be
utilized by us for our prosperity. But, we
should know how to achieve it.
By following certain steps, we may activate our unconscious
mind to glidingly take us to the path of peace, progress and prosperity.
Practice SMART and see the results for yourself.
SMART means – Specific, Measurable, Affect, Realistic
and Timed instructions given to unconscious mind. Meditate and stimulate unconscious
mind. Repeat many times the goals you
have in mind to achieve. Your goals
should be: (a) Specific. {Example: I want to earn another 1000 dollars. Not – I
want to earn more money.} (b) Measurable – the result should be imaginable
pictured. {Example: The purse you take out from your pocket
containing heavy cash.} (c) affect or
emotion. Emotions are the fuel of the
unconscious mind. But, the emotion
should have positive effect. If our goal
has negative emotion, unconscious mind pulls us away from it (d) Realistic or
that could happen {say – writing a good article or increasing word power. These are in our control and not winning a
lottery or bringing down the moon to earth} (e) Timed – goal should be set a
time frame and therefore time should also be indicated just like being
specific. If the goal would not permit
to fix a frame time – say improving accountancy skill continually – then at
least mention the date to begin.
In order to achieve the goal successful keep three
points in mind – attention, simple sentences, stimulate unconscious mind. Unconscious mind cannot distinguish between
something that is real and something that is unreal. It may not succeed if unrealistic goals are
set.
We should pay full attention to what we are aiming at
and have its knowledge and effect in depth.
Never think of negative goals.
Never use the words ‘not, don’t, not less than’ etc. If you want to get rid of pain or diseases,
then suggest ‘ I am healthy’ and not ‘I am not having pain or disease’. Goal
should be constructed into simple sentences and critical factors should be
avoided or by passed. Unconscious mind
should be stimulated by going into trance.
Repeat the suggestions (goals) to unconscious mind so that it absorbs
the idea and begin to enforce it.
You may also write down the suggestions in a slip of
paper and keep it in your pocket so that these could be repeated at your
leisure time.
We could achieve prosperity and be successful in our life if we worm into our unconscious mind the progressive goals that are measurable (imaginable or pictured), achievable, real, and set to time frame provided they are specific and put it in simpler sentences.
