Recession is over now and as against the forecasting companies operating in india are offering higher salaries, increments, promotions and perks now a days.

one of my student who is a brilliant chap in terms of creativity and network designing has got a job in IBM.

I am mentioning this here because when i met him for the first time that was around 3 months back. i was stunned to see his imagination ( a person who can close his eyes and without even seeing the actual network setup, hhe would tell you the problem and solution)

he had 2 problems:

1. He is only good in network designing : A job which is offered to anyone after a min of 5 to 10 years of work experience. i have to push my placement team to find him a job where he can show his miracles.

2. He knew only 2 langauges: Kannada and Hindi, English he didn;t even knew it starts with "E" or "I".

i seripusly had a tough time to screen the jobs before describing it to the student and teaching him the famous alphabets of "ENGLISH".

3 months of Hardwork, argumentations, high temparaments and rubbed shoulders:

Finally we got a placement for the fav student.

Today he is handling Vodafone server in IBM ( as a One man Army) and is drwaing a monthly remuneration of INR 70,000.

Experience wise he is just few months older and age wise he has turned 23 today..........

HOPE We can create many more such stories...

India is full of talent and the only problem we have is we don;t pursue them religiously.... Those who do they don't get support at right time.
