JAPAN EDUCATION FAIR, NEW DELHI
Ritsumeikan India Office was opened last year under the Global-30 programme of Japanese Government, a visionary project aiming at globalization of Japanese education in Japan.
This office is engaged in Introducing Japanese Education system to the brilliant Indian students through various programmes that are offered in English at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, such as Business, MBA, International Relations and social science programs at its two universities – Ritsumeikan University and Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University.
As part of its mandate, this office will hold a one-day Japan Education Fair, with the support of Embassy of Japan in India and the Japan Foundation, New Delhi, on the 1st November 2011 from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm as part of its endeavors to popularize and familiarize Japanese Education. The Fair will be inaugurated by the Deputy Chief of Mission in the Embassy of Japan Mr. H. Hayashi in the presence of former Ambassador of India in Japan Mr. Arjun Asrani and senior faculty and staff from Japan and others.
Top ranking 11 Universities of Japan will participate in the fair to provide on the spot counseling to the students regarding programs, admission procedures & various Scholarships and other means that are available. Another 11 universities will display their reference material.
Programme will include animation video and video presentations on education in Japan by universities and there will be a panel discussion on “STUDYING in JAPAN & JOB OPPORTUNITIES". Panelists will include Principal from Indian school, HR Personnel from Japanese companies in India, Professors from IIT and Japanese Universities, and officials working in Japanese companies after studying in Japan. All are welcome to visit the Fair.
