Tips2: sent the slide to word doc

1. In PowerPoint opening the demo, and then on to draft the file menu, pointing to "send", click on "to Microsoft Word".

2. Adding the slide to Microsoft word document", if you want to embed the slide into word document, please click "paste"; If want to link slide to word document, please click "paste link". If link to file, then in PowerPoint file you can edit these documents, they will also update in the word document.

3. click on the "ok" button. At this time, the system will create a new word document, and will copy the PowerPoint document to word. If word did not start, the system will automatically start word.

Tips 3: Use simple background

A simple background can make demo get the best result. And a kind of downy, the neutral color is the most suitable for viewing. We need to avoid the use of some very strong brightness, or pattern composition is very crowded complicated background.
