Photo albums allow you to get a large number of images into PowerPoint in a hurry. Yes, you can do that simply by multiply selecting them via the Insert Image Dialogue box. But Photo Album allows them to be sorted, moved around, and even a bit of basic (very basic) fixing.
If the pictures are on your computer, click File/Disk. If they’re on your digital camera, click Scanner/Camera. Then select the pictures you want to import and click Insert. You can change the order using the Up and Down arrows. Also, there are buttons to rotate and adjust contract and brightness
