Life at California University as a student is a joyful and cheerful experience. I am now full adapt to the whole University idea, I have made new friend and I also get along with my new friends. in my spare times around the university I meet up with my friends and go around the university or we go to Highpoint shopping centre.

Problem based learning or PBL, I believe is a good new system introduced to Victoria University enabling students to interact together in group, and also enables us students to grow our confidence levels. what I am finding a challenge about PBL is finding time outside of school times also another difficult task I am finding in PBL is understanding the problems 100% but an advantage of this problem is that when I explain to my friend the difficulties I have with the problem, we get in to our room and discuss the problem so that we understand it 100%. 

I have learned through my experiences in PBL problems 1&2 that working in a team is not difficult at all, and again have seen the importance of time management and that if you and your team members are organised there will be no problem with the hard tasks. My team which is team number four now consists of four members, me, Mile, Mishko and Kamal, our fifth member Jeremiah has moved into a new team due to the other team having only two members, therefore now this problem consist of more of a work load on all the members of our team. 

In my first day of university I thought the course was going to be a hard course and was going to be impossible to adapt to, but as time had past I had discovered that none of this was true, in fact I think it is easier than most of the other engineering classes from what I have seen from my other friends textbooks. 

I have learnt that writing a team report has many advantages and no disadvantages. Writing a team report saves us students’ time, enabling us to know and learn everything in a shorter period of time by discussing what everyone wrote. 

By writing a portfolio I have learned that my writing skills have increased, and that as time goes on and as I am updating my portfolio my skills of expression are also increasing.
