ü A bit later: how does it apply for your company
You should have to ability (skills), willingness (energy and ambitious), and manageable (abilities to manage and work in different circumstance, condition etc)
Things to carry for
the Interview
- 4 copy of your resume
- All certificates
- Paper and good pen, gum, and stapler, clips
- Thank you letter
- Company Papers
- Current Day paper
- Interview letter
- Annual Report and other financial statement
- Notes on answering different question + customized copy of this sheet
- A good quality file
- Address details of company
- Money
- 20 Photos
- Your make up set (comb, powder etc, in case it get delayed, to look fresh)
Before few days
- Sleep well
- Keep all things ready a couple of days before.
- Brush up your knowledge and your notes.
On the day of interview
Things to wear
(especially for men)
- Dress to kill
- Polish shoes
- Matching socks (no white socks)
- Good pant
- Good shirt
- Matching tie (the length should come to belt)
- No things in the pocket
- Good belt
- Combed hair
- Cut nails
- Face – beard trim
- Powdered, creamed face
- Good watch
- Confidence
Things to do
· Check the share quote and whether the company is in News.
· Reach early (check the surrounding areas a day before).
On arrival
o Enquire
o Sit erect
When called in the interview
room
§ Open and Close the door gently
§ In the hall, walk slowly and with confidence
§ Greet all of them
§ Sit, when offered
§ Sit erect, with relax (if your legs are covered, cross your ankle firmly on ground
§ Keep the hand by your side (and not on the table front of you)
§ Smile
§ Give your CV
§ Listen to their question, carefully
§ Do not interrupt them
§ Think, and then answer
§ Look at all of them
§ Answer to the point and ask whether some more explanations is required
§ Thank them
§ Smile and then leave slow
§ If possible, ask for a feedback (in case of rejected)
§ Do not lose temper
§ Pick your paper quickly with grace
§ Walk confidently
§ Close the door slowly.
§ Smile again (even if you are rejected)
