No interest to work in small concerns even in recession.
Most of them not showing interest to work in small concerns. They always thinking to work in MNC's even in recession period.
Even though they fired some lakhs of people but still waiting to work in other companies.
But so many small concerns offering job for good candidates but looking office size and location they changing their mind.
If there is no job they waste their time but wont work in small concerns.
Why people having a wrong mentality. Small concerns only now glittering as big MNC's. Anything may change at any time.
So many advantage we can gain in small concerns.
So many openings in small BPO's and development companies but not even peoples entering into that offices.
Then how we improve.
While studying in aboard they work in petrol bunk and hotel as a daily package staff but once they finished and come they will think them as a ruler. What is this. How we help to our country to get improve.
No work is cheaper and we can gain more in small concerns so dont think them as a lower and MNC as higher.
Kindly change your mentality and start to work.
Even in my office and in my friends office so many vaccencies there in coimbatore.
