Does money matter?
It’s the pay day that every employee awaits. It is this day that gives returns for all the diligence. It is a rewarding ceremony that should be bequeathed on every employee. The payrolls are taken care of by the HR department or accounting department. It is a tedious process as it involves playing with numbers. Deletion or addition of one number can cost the company heavily.
Companies today have adopted direct deposit system where the salaries are credited to the bank accounts rather than drafting individual cheques. It not only saves time but also saves money wasted in printing cheques. It eliminates the chances of cheque forfeit. A pay slip is printed which gives the bifurcation in the salaries so that the employee knows what money goes where.
One of the major reasons for job satisfaction is the compensation programme. No doubt that the job should be in line with your interest but money also matters.
