Job enrichment is as important as job enlargement.

An untainted employee tries to make a difference and create his mark in the company he/she is serving. In order to enhance the employee’s skills and interests, the company has to follow certain norms. The employee’s enrichment will eventually benefit the organization hence focusing on job enrichment is vital.

Aptitude advancement can be achieved through effective training programmes, suggestions, advices, tests and moderation. Frequent mitigation gives us the progress graph and curtails mistakes if any at the initial stage.

The employees should be well equipped with adequate resources so that technical problems do not act as a hindrance in their development. The work environment should be inviting and designed taking care the employee needs. Ergonomics is the branch of science which deals with building an employee friendly environment in your workplace.

The office should be supportive of the employee views and feedbacks. Their feedback can help build a much better empire and involving them in the decision making task helps build a better bond. Participative management can also yield ideas that may have not been discovered by the higher authorities. Acknowledging their work and obliging with them for a successful endeavor is an effective motivational procedure.

Freedom to perform in a way suitable for the employee should be disposed. Constant interference and moderating each step is displeasing. A certain amount of independence is desired by every individual.

To avoid monotonous work, a change in the job can be implemented. Job rotation is an effective method to avoid fatigue. A fresh change helps re-develop the excitement of contributing towards the company. New innovative working methods can be designed. Ingenious technologies should be installed so that the employees are aware of the current trend and work in accordance to that.

The objectives chart should be drafted so that the employee is aware what exactly he needs to achieve. The senior should explain that if something is wrong , why is it wrong and what are the ways to amend the mistake. The whole picture should be clear so that the company gets exactly what it demands.

Coming together is beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success. Success if shared by a team when working for an organization is more beneficial. If many people are involved in contributing efficiently, then the success rate is bound to double.
