The grass is always greener at the other side
Freelancing works for those who have many things in their hand or who require ample amount of time to do other things. Freelancers might even earn more than a permanent employer. A free lancer gets paid on every assignment and a permanent employer gets paid on a monthly basis.
Free lancing is an extremely different struggle and it cannot be compared with a regular job in terms of experience. In freelancing you either earn a lot or nothing but a regular job has fixed income.
A permanent employee might feel that freelancing is a better option and a free lancer often looks for a permanent job. The advantage of being a free-lancer is that you decide your work schedule and work according to your convenience. The disadvantage is that it does not guarantee a fixed monthly income.
The benefits of a regular job is that it guarantees safety in terms of salary and the experience you get from being with different people can be regarded as an achievement. The drawback is that it can get monotonous and you have to contribute 8hours of work daily.
Depending on ones convenience and future requirement, a work module should be chosen. But which option is better, freelancing or a permanent job?
