Working Abroad Vs. Working in India
It is a general myth that when you have completed your education abroad, there is no point in coming back to ones own country as that degree holds no value here and even if you get a job in India, it will not be able to meet your expectations. Why do people go abroad? Because they think that it provides more in terms of education, financial security and a luxurious life.
To gain a leisurely life, the family is sacrificed. To explore more opportunities a little pain has to be initiated. We see people coming from abroad to study and live in India? If the circumstances were unfavorable in India then why would they come here? Agreed that the money earned abroad if converted to rupees will be bounteous but the expenditure incurred is also innumerable.
India offers a wealth of opportunities. Roads are being laid all the over the country. Airports are waiting in line for up gradation. Ports are ramping up to handle more traffic. Telecom subscribers are increasing by the millions. Power generation is next in line.
India happens to be the world's largest democracy, with a long established and robust democratic, federal system. India can boast of a long established legal and accounting system, an independent judiciary, a free and alert press, and a sturdy tradition of entrepreneurship. India has a large consumer market, and a growing middle class with substantial purchasing power.
India is growing. The scope to flourish is bounty. You have to just spread your wings and grab the right opportunity.
