With power comes burden and responsibility. Power can beused to do good as well as bad things. If for good, it helps in serving thebeneficiaries, the business and ultimately the society. If used for bad, itonly benefits the proprietor.

People on top should understand the importance of powerbefore making fierce decisions. First of all to reach the hill top is not aneasy task so when you actually do, appreciate what you have attained. Secondlynever forget that some day even you were a subordinate to a person on top.‘Learn to walk with your head held high on your shoulders but your feettouching the ground.’ Never ill-treat your juniors. And earning their respect is utmostimportant otherwise it creates a negative environment which will deplete thequality of work that they perform.
