Swaraj University is an innovative learning program for today’s youth. The program will help individuals to discover their learning styles, talents and passions and develop their own unique self-designed learning plans. The program will help nurture a new kind of leadership that will prepare individuals to face the range of complex ecological, social and financial situations that challenge us in the 21^st century. The focus of this program is also to prepare youth to start their own ‘green’ enterprises that will address both local livelihood and community needs.

We are looking for a person with at least 5 years of working experience who has either worked or has given a deep thought to and possesses knowledge of one or more of the following areas:

- Environment and sustainability issues

- Alternative education/ learning styles

- Starting a social enterprise/entrepreneurship

The individual must have good leadership qualities and be able to work with youth from diverse socio-economic strata. He should be energetic, have computer skills, be resourceful, be self motivated, work well in a team and possess good organizing and communication (Hindi and English) skills.

Roles and responsibilities will include the following:

- To liaison with various partners of the program.

- To be an active supporter of learners in the process of designing their learning journeys.

- To travel along with learners on their learning journeys as a responsible guardian

- To help in the management and running of campus during learners’ gatherings

- To participate actively in many other responsibilities that are involved in the start-up of an innovative learning program

This is a paid position that would be based out of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
