Meditation everyone's cup of tea?!

Can everyone meditate? Is it possible to do meditation for someone who is really busy entire day? Can a person who has family do meditation? Is it possible to meditate for a school going student? Can old people do meditation? Can a seek person do meditation? Is it possible to do meditation if we are totally tired and full of stress? The real question is who can meditate?

The answer to all above question is YES! Nevertheless let one should understand the core meaning of meditation and why one should meditate. Also one should be aware of the benefits of meditation. Plus one should have 100% faith in meditation.

Most of the people are initially inspired by few talks and introduce meditation to their daily living. They make meditation a part of their life style but for few days and then slowly meditation becomes something alien. The simple reason is that when we meditate nothing happens actually. We don’t feel any chemical reactions in our body. When we eat some pill we do feel something has gone inside and at times we do feel that something is happening to our body but in meditation nothing happens. So most of the time people think that, “Oh! Nothing is happening so why to meditate?” And they end meditation in bizarre way.

Seriously meditation is about doing nothing and being nothing. So nothing will be the ultimate result. You will feel nothing and you don’t have to feel anything. Meditation is all about be, do and have nothing. So when nothing happens people leave the entire process and they are back to their routine life style. We all are habituated with action. We have forgotten non-action. Meditation is all about non-action. This bring balance because whole life we are into action. There has to be time for non-action. Many people say but we sleep so that is non-action. Sleep is also action as during sleep mind is fully awake and you are watching dreams. Sometimes you do remember dreams and sometimes you don’t but that doesn’t mean you are not dreaming. Meditation is stopping the mind and do nothing that is no thinking at all.

Now this creates more doubt in people’s mind that how to reach to no thinking state of mind? This all happens automatic once you sit motionlessly and do nothing. When we started life in the womb of our mother we did nothing absolutely nothing, we were in non-action everything was happening and we were witnessing. Even we were not breathing it was done for us by our mother. So this is what meditation all about everything is taken care for you. For nine months of your life everything was taken care your food and shelter was given to you without your asking. You made no efforts do eat the food and digest the food. You did no struggle to get your shelter and protect yourself. Everything was done to you. This is the miracle of meditation. When you will involve meditate in your daily routine you will see everyday miracles happening.

Meditation is everyone’s cup of tea. Anyone can do it but one has to be ready for it. One has to be ready to visit the non-motion world, to feel the no-thinking zone, to see the non-action charisma.
