Exercise - The Natural Cure For Emotional Stability
Most people should know that exercise will give us tremendous physical benefits. Physical benefits such as low body fat, fitting into those skinny jeans, getting those 6-pack abdominal muscles, and other attributes. In addition to these benefits, there are tremendous emotional benefits from exercise. Have you ever felt sluggish or lethargic and notice a tremendous shift physically and emotionally after your exercise? You tend to feel much better like you drank some energy drink that has no side effects but is so much more potent. How could this be? Do we have an internal medicine cabinet that enables us to feel better instantly? Also, if this internal medicine cabinet exists, how can we access it on a regular basis?
Well, the answers to these thought-provoking questions is exercise. Exercise allows us to do something physically to make us even feel better emotionally. Exercise allows to naturally (or organically) do something that will give us tremendous benefits without any side effects. Exercise allows us to dramatically shift from a gloomy perspective to a positive and optimistic attitude emotionally. Now, of course, keep in mind that exercise will not cure all emotionally problems or challenges. But, it does allows us to do something that can tweak us to move in a positive direction. Boredom is a state of mind. Exercise can alleviate your boredom by reactivating your brain. There are endorphins within us that can be released whenever we exercise. These endorphins make us feel great and enable us to overcome pain. They are powerful pain killers within us. We have access to this "drug" by simply exercising. This enables us to feel positive emotionally.
Exercise is not the answer to all of your problems. But, have you noticed that your senses are heightened after you exercise? If you are studying, it is a good idea to do some exercise. Many answers to many problems occur when we are feeling good emotionally and physically. Exercise is a proactive approach to feeling good emotionally. So, it is prudent to be active physically. You will sharpen the senses to maximize your emotional health. When you become consistent in your exercising, you also develop emotional stability on your attitude towards exercise. It is a win-win situation. Commitment to continuity leads to emotional stability.
So if you are feeling down and blue, go out (or inside your house) and exercise. Do something that can benefit your physical health and emotional well-being. Not only will you look good physically, but you will feel good emotionally.
