Moveo Systems Merges with IBS Software Services

Moveo Systems, a Bangalore based start-up developing highly innovative next generation human interaction solutions for airports and enterprises, today announced that it has completed the merger of its business with IBS Software Services.  IBS is a leading global provider of next generation IT solutions to the Travel, Transportation and Logistics industries and operates from ten (10) global locations across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Middle East & Africa.

The merger will significantly enhance and strengthen the Airport Operations Line of Business of IBS as well as drive the enterprise mobility offering for the company by leveraging the IP-based framework developed by Moveo.

Moveo will become part of IBS Software Services and Sankalp Saxena, Moveo Chairman and CEO, will become the President, Aviation Operations Services (AOS) for IBS.  AOS is comprised of the following Lines of Business:  (i) Airline Operations; (ii) Cargo Operations; (iii) Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Services; and (iv) Airport Operations.
