usually i come accross people saying that their packages are abridged or they are asked to quit even though their compaines are doing well and the worst case is even AC is being shutdown and allowed to use only 3 to 4 hours a day (imagine life with out AC in cities like Mumbai), perks and benefits are either reduced or suspended. Middle level and smaller companies are misusing the trend in market, may be this is their best chance to save money by creating chaos among their employees.

Indian employee gets used to such situation in not time as they do not have any options but to stick on what ever his current employer has to offer and with a confused head wether he will be able to pursue a better career in this present market trends. As a result people stop spending money which in-trun create recession in Retail industry, its a cyclic process.
