ATMA to be held on Dec 19, 2010, registration starts Oct 11
The announcement for AIMS Test for Management Admission (ATMA), the exam is conducted by Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) is done. The exam will be held on Sunday, December 19, 2010. Following the footsteps of CAT 2010, FMS 2011, XAT 2011, NMAT 2011, JMET, the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) has announced the dates for ATMA 2010. The AIMS Test for Management Admission will be held on Sunday, December 19, 2010.
Important Dates
The registration process will start from Monday, October 11, 2010. The last date of sale of ATMA bulletin is Monday, November 22, 2010. The last date of online registration is Friday, November 26, 2010. The registered candidates can download the admit cards from Saturday, December 11 to Sunday, December 19, 2010. The results will be declared on Monday, January 10, 2011.
Eligibility
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree. Candidates who are in their final years of graduation can also apply.
Application process
You need to first buy the ATMA bulletin which will contain your Personal ID Code. After that, you have to logon to the ATMA website, www.atma-aims.org. You will have to fill up the form and submit it. AIMS suggests that you download a copy of the filled up online application form for your reference.
Test Pattern
The test is of three hours and it contains 170 multiple choice questions. The areas covered in the test are Quantitative, Verbal and Analytical Reasoning skills. For a correct answer a candidate will get 1 mark and for an incorrect answer 1/3rd marks will be deducted for each question.
