JMET to be held on 13th December, 2009
JMET 2009 is only a qualifying examination. Candidates have to apply separatelyto
the Institutes of their choice. They are also advised to look up the
detailsprovided in the brochure about the programmes available in the
participatingInstitutes. There is no limit to the number of programmes a
candidate can applyto, so long as he or she meets the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility
Each Institute has its own entry requirements and criteria for selection
ofcandidates. Students who have completed the specified degree or are in
finalyear of their programmes can appear for JMET.
Final year students can only secure provisional admission in an
Institute.They need to complete the qualifying degree successfully and submit
theprovisional degree certificate before the deadline specified by the
Institute,for continuation of their enrollment.
