All India Management Association (AIMA) is organizing the National HRM Summit on August 20 and 21, 2010 in New Delhi. The theme for the Summit is ‘Positioning HR to Create Value and Catalyse Growth. Achieving more with our demographic dividend’. The role of the Summit Director will be played by Yogi Sriram, Executive Vice President (HR & Administrative Services), Larsen & Toubro Ltd (E & C).

The objective behind this Summit is to stimulate strategic HR thought for enhancing performance. Businesses are facing new and unpredictable challenges each day.
