We have a 4-tier selection process. We select students whohave qualified national level management entrance tests like ATMA, CAT, MAT,JC-CAT, NAT, etc. with minimum 50 percentile. The student then takes a casestudy that helps us understand his general attitude and knowledge. Thereafter,he shares ideas in a group discussion and takes personal interview. After thisthe short listed candidates take up a telephonic round of interview fromcorporate HO of DBS and are sent selection letters. DBS ensures that nodeserving candidates are missed out. We basically check a student’s attitudeand his will to outperform by keeping everyone else along.

Our placements in last batch stood at 3 lacs average package, and 85% of the total batch was placed. For 2009, the placements were a little lower than last year due to economic downturn.
