Here we start in college first ..We formed as a group in our college and individually also .. if we hava a free time we are going to our colleges and sharing my experiance in my college .and encourage the students  towards practical studies .

as i am  a engineer i have certain lacks due to insufficient studies in my college . and also a social responsible person i am having certain lacks .to lead those lack i formed a way to share the experiance through out my collegues ,juniors,etc ..
