Usually the useres needs to be sure about the optimum use of structure being planned for respective use.

The common services required in most of structres are electricity, HVCA, water, gas, telephone and data including broad band/ TV Chanle network, and in near future access net work with security system etc.

For distribution of such network from point of distribution till various areas/ points of utilisation path/corridor/service duct needs to be palnned with flexibilty for expandable/ alteration as far as possible

Our country having best day light and sun light the various building structure should be planned to utilise the direct / in direct use of available resource. The use of solar for transferring heat and use for hot water, should be made mentory to save fossile fuel and reulsting in to carbon credit.

The same way by subcidising and R & D the solar power cell for light and other application for remote areas OR low power required sub stitute must be considered and made mentory.

The saving of water and controliing the use by chargeable base needs to be obsreved to minimise wastag of water. The recylcle and reuse of water needs to made popular by traing the water supply authorities. The recylece water can be used for other than potable use. The water out of R . O plan must be used for appropriate purpose.
