If you delve deep , you realize how exotic, custom built and imaginative ordering eggs can be. The simplest decision to take would be the size ( AAA or plus) and the number of eggs. Sunny side up ? what about over?  – that would mean deciding over easy, over medium, over medium well or over hard? You might be in the mood for a simple scrambled egg. But if the moods are for poached or boiled, you will have to ask yourself if you would like it to be soft, medium  or hard boiled.

And for many of us, specially if it’s a weekend morning, one would gravitate towards one of the exotic omelets types – Spanish, American, Mediterranean, Mexican or what about an Indian desi omelete( for all those who might wander what that is – two eggs, well beaten with or without green chilies, onions, cilantro but done like a pancake and not folded, but a wholesome pan size well done one). Once you have decided what type of egg you want, you will have to decide on the accompaniments. But I leave that for some other day, as we focused on our exotic egg only.
