STRESSED; then DESTRESS.
STRESSED; then DESTRESS………. Yeah, Flip it around before its DISTRESS. Last evening I read a shocking Facebook message from a friend; “My Worst Experience.. Wake Up Call...”
I said shocking because the message came from his heart and his personnel experiences that he underwent on Dec. 6, 2011. He has an active lifestyle; he jogs, runs and visits gym and unfortunately suffered heart attack on the Dec. 6, 2011 morning. And when I called on him this morning he message was crisp “ you exercise your body but if you are not exercising your mind positively you are a likely candidate for the heart attack.”
The story is about negative stress and we also refer this as a silent killer. If you are under negative duress worrying about tomorrow – child education, your retirement, your job, next order it will take a serious toll on your body reflecting high Blood pressure, artery clog and detrimental. Learn to live in the presence and mitigate the risk of continued mental duress.
