pankaj kumar sahu's success story
Friends, I am pankaj Sahu, a science graduate (chemistry honours) from Utkal University. (Stewart Science college) an average student who just scored 60% to maintain first class career. I am from a small village in Bhadrak Dist of Orissa.
After graduation, like any youngster, i could not study further due to my family problem and was in search of some Job.
Presently I am in one good paid and respectable job as Manager in charge of a branch in Delhi of Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), the apex bank for small and medium enterprises, engaged in the development of the sector. I am not that much succesful.Just and average achiever. But when I compare myself with other high qualified people who have joined this organisation or are joining (MBAs, CAs, ICWAs, MCAs, Engg. graduates etc, I think I am not less capable compared to them.
So when I look back and ask myself , how was this possible, whether God was gracious to me for this or by seer luck, i got the job,
I realise that it is only 99.99% true labour, 100% dedication to ones own goal, which has helped me reach where I am today. Success started happening to me, when I started believing in myself. U will not believe, after every competitive exam, when I will not find my name in the success list, I will that day start preparing still harder. Every failure was an inspiration to try harder. After all when the going becomes tough, the tough gets going, there is a maxim and it is really true. What success demands from us is our 100% dedication. set backs are temporary and are there to judge ur confidence in yourself. Chicken hearted will give away in one failure or two and ultimately he succeeds who tries again and again. Mid night oil has to be burnt to get success. There is no short cut to it.
So my idea is that if being a simple graduate, i can achieve this much, u people can do much more than me . Ur qualification will help u reach still higher, only if u really want it and are ready to give ur best for it, do not be swayed by others opinion about u, they will tell many things both good or bad about u , whether u can do or not. But they are their own opinions only. u form a opinion about yourself and try to be that and one day u will become that.
