Adani Power Limited (APL), a member of 4.6 Billion US Dollar Adani Group, has taken up implementation of Mega Thermal Power Projects at various locations in India in view of the growing needs of Power requirements in the country.

APL is implementing 4620 MW (2X330 MW TPP + 2X330 MW TPP as Phase I & II & 3X660 MW TPP + 2X660 MW TPP as phase III & IV) Coal based Thermal Power Project at Mundra, Dist. Kutch, Gujarat, India and 1980 MW (Phase-I&II of 2X660 MW + 1X660 MW) Coal based Thermal Power Project at Tiroda, Gondia, Maharashtra through its 100% subsidiary, Adani Power Maharashtra Pvt. Ltd. (APMPL).

APL is also actively planning to implement other Thermal Power Stations at various locations in India, totaling to about 10000 MW in the coming years.
APL is engaged in the Power trading business across the country and also aiming to enter into Power Transmission in a big way.
