* never reply back to anybody senior to u in office in a hot talk because they may have advantage of being a senior which may affect your things in office as he will prove himself by hook or by crook but u need to be smart by taking care of the same thing next time by avoiding it to happen

* whenever somebody is angry let him beak out everything he wants,if yours is not necessary as when someone is angry its better keep mum n let him eject his rage complete;y cause if u interrupt in between it may act as medium of ghee in fire. its better to shut-up for sometime.

* try to interact with super senior or bossy out there, as he is already into lot many things and your questions which are not small and silly for u may seem to him so. this may lead to disaster when he bolts out on u because of your questions though u might not be the defaulter.

* sometimes u may be blames and yelled for the things u might have not done , but u will have to listen to your seniors because they are your seniors and for sure they will prove it also. so better be cautious initially doing anything. try to make best out everything.

* choose people very properly as initially u may find everybody helping , loving, co-operative but time and then everything everybody will show there true colors. so better be smart in choosing your people.
