1> Companies are getting extra cautions / finicky on the desired skill set

2> There have been cases when companies are circulating fictitious job opportunities, to create a false market impression on there growing recruitment.

3> Challenges (Job threats) at mid and senior level positions are growing more in comparison to the lower positions.

4> Senior members are being asked to find some reason or other to get rid of few professionals below them within set time frame else there exit gets expedited.

5> Considering the current job pressure candidates do not spend enough time going through the advertised position and hence companies / consultants receive about 10-15% relevant profiles.

6> Candidates with multiple skill set are given preference

7> Companies are more open to consider normal graduates in comparison to professionally qualified candidates in order to cut cost

8> Candidates at all level are looking for some professional help

a. right from what should form part of CV,

b. which opportunities they should apply for,

c. someone to apply of there behalf after taking there consent

d. should they upgrade there skills, if so, what would be the right skill set to go for..

e. which sector or company would be right for them etc..

9> Communication skill has become one of the key requirements across the opportunities and this has resulted in candidates adding audio or making a video resumes to get noticed.

10> Lesser opportunities are reaching consultants, as companies are not only cutting the intake but also pushing internal HR/recruitment team to work independently to the fill the open positions.
