Simple Tips for your health at New Year Parties
As we know, the new parties are at the corner and we all are ready to enjooy it. There are certain things, to keep in mind while celebrating New Year. I would like to share some simple tips to manage our health in same time. Please go through following tips.
1) Dont take oliy snacks instead prefer salad.
2) In dinner, prefer veg over non veg
3) Dont enjoy only with Alcohol, instead do dance and other fun stuffs.
4) Dont overeat
5) Try to say no for friend request about more alcohol
6) Keep away from loud music speakers to protect your ears.
