hi i am rajesh.muraleetharan i did my MBA from SNR sons College affilated to bharathiar university coimbatore at present serving as chief accountant with an MNC.My First job was with india bulls and i was serving as an executive there , i understood how much difficult is it for an fresher to undertake preassure when it comes into real work environment that too working with much experienced seniors we migh have an feeling that we are no where near them and thats excatly is the point where you fall pray of low confidance level which may slowly creep even into your work and an feeling why should i continue,should i put my pappers.my dear students please dont do that then what to do might be the next thing comming to your mind na,yes i can do it should be the attitude towards the work even if you know you are being asked to do an work which might appear impossible for you, dont ever hesitate to take resposibilities in your shoulders.Being the most responsible person in an orgsnisation does it comes the art of handling and sucessfuly overcomming extreme preassure situation.so whats the reward?? self satisfaction?monitory benifits?or an praise from your boss!!!!or above all you are now being started counted as in asset employee list!! always know that your performance is being wathced at much higher level,to day i handle an whole units accounts which have a million dollar turnover. so my sugession to every fresher is to be choosy in which stream you want to work,analyse your strengths and weaknesses ,where you have dual specialisation if you are good at multiple streams ask yourself which of those do you love to undertake as you have to involve every bit of yourself to achive an 100%result,stay updated and know that as a fresher you are allowed to make mistakes but be smart learn from your mistakes ,try to deliver your 100% and above all have faith in youself and supreme faith in god sucess would be yours all the best.
