But, this situation is not very much unexpected as there is always a day to saturate the current trends and from where the new market trends arise. Its under common cycle of market behaviour and way any market survives. There are many factors which play role in downfall of software industry:

1. High Inflation
2. Downfall of the economy of the major buyers such as America.
3. Dependancy of our companies on to them solely. (many companies are closed in recent past due to this same reason).
4. High support for the outsourcing in India.
5. inputs being provided by all of us in respect of the manpower, high expectation, low cultural values etc.
6. Politics.
7. Terrorism.
8. Undue growth of the market.
9. Involvment of Average or below average skilled man power.
10. No rooms for quality.

In house development is not considered, even today, by the companies in India as the primary or even moderate level strategy. They are all developing for other other coutries and earning money. Now they are down in economy so we have to face the situation.

Conditions are not so bad that we should give-up. We should start providing the high skilled manpower to the industry, knowledgable marketeres, who can make the market strengthen to survive on odd times, stop making fools of our own youth and giving them proper directions to grow and let India become super power.
