Some unique features of Regional College Of Management(RCM)
ACCREDITATION:
Rcm is the only B-school in Orissa to have received Quality assurance through accreditation from National Board of Accreditation of AICTE for both MBA & MCA programmes at a time.
CAMPUS:
RCM is located in the institutional area in the heart of the capital city of Bhubaneswar.
GYANSAGAR:
RCM Library has over 24000 volumes and is approved as the centre for Doctoral and Post doctoral research by UGC.
SIDDHANT:
RCM brings out its quarterly Management journal "Siddhant": A Journal of Decision Making, refereed research journal.
CREATIVE VISION:
The Wireless Campus is equipped with HP & IBM servers. RCM plans to establish special lab in GIS application, CISCO Networking and Database applications.

The institute has blend of leading academicians and professionals with long experience in industry. It has 51 full time faculty members, sixteen of whom are Ph.Ds and Four from IIMs.

RCM is the leader in Orissa in organizing a number of in-house and open MDPs in different functional areas of Management.

Centre for Leadership of Tomorrow, a soft skill development laboratory setup in consultation with CACM, STEP-IIY, Kharagpur enhances communication skills and ensures good grooming for corporate careers.
B-SCHOOL RANKING:
RCM has been scaling new height, since 2002. Outlook has been continuously ranking RCM as The 4th best B-School in Eastern India after IIM, XLRI and XLMB. Another prestigious B-school Ranking done by COSMODE has ranked RCM as 5th best in Eastern and Central India.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
MBA (FULL TIME)
Orissa JEE, MAT, CAT, ATMA, XAT. Candidates are required to register at RCM through a separate application form. NRI and foreigners with valid GMAT Score of 500 may directly apply to RCM.
MBA (PART-TIME)
Graduates with 50% marks in aggregate with two years' work experience and NOC from employer. Selection through GD & Viva Voce.
PGDM
The PGDM is offered in collaboration with AIMA-CME. Any Graduate having MAT composite score of 500 or CAT score 50% is eligible to apply.
MCA
Graduates of any discipline having mathematics in +2 or +3 level can apply for admission of MCA through CET (Common Entrance Test). Candidates having AIMCET rank of JEE of the State can Apply for a seat directly.
MA (TOURISM ADMINISTRATION)
India's 1st Institute to offer Master Course in Tourism Administration. 100%Placement in
Leading Corporates, tourism and hospitality industry. Membership of PATA, TAAI, IATO. Any graduate is eligible to apply.
