Human Resources Development is a very important part of the Business scenario of the modern society. The business of any organization strongly depends on the way the team is working and the motivation as well as the performance level of the team members. There are many instances where there are no results are generated even after the repeated efforts from the Company towards the team. There are instances when there are Training Sessions which turn out to be mere failures that too in a Big way. The reasoning behind this is that the attitude of the Training and Development Team towards the Trainee Team is not correct or at least its not up to the mark. This affects the performance of the team as a whole.
As said that a single rotten fish rots the entire pond, similarly a single fresh fish in a rotten pond can not bring cleanliness.
