from the last few years women are entering in the corporate word and proving themselves. in the most of the sucessfull companies the CEO are female, it shows the improving status of women in our society, but out of this bright side there is also a dark side, a large par of indian society still creats obstacles in there path of success & always put a finger. although in comparison of the past know the comdition are much better it dosn't mean that indian society is growing very rapidly but becouse of their conscience to got an status in the society to meet their dreams.

the main problem i think which are fgacing by the women are-

sociocultural factors, sociocultural factors are the main hindrances in their sucess path.

economic dependancy on their family and india is a man dominant country.

and the third main problem is lack of knowledge about the latest technological upgradation, methodologies and process.mostly they are facing the problem in marketing their product.
