Government and Private Employees
Everybody is facing the great challenges raised from the such
Economic condition of the world ,occurred due to bad Economy.
Everyone from all professions finds the challenges and the conditions which were not present two years back.
No one is ready for these conditions and moreover no one
knows what will happen next. My concern is of Indian Employees who are working in private organization and who have only one source of income(their current job).
These employees are really looser at this moment since no body in India are providing help as many of them lost their jobs and many of them are in queue to get pink slips.
I straightly condemn Government For such situations.Govt. has no such plan yet to face this problem neither they are interested to solve it all . Government is only concerned about getting the taxes from the employees while working ,and when an employee lost his job they have nothing to do with him. what more they have raised the salaries of Govt. Employees.
Now everybody in private sector who does not has the Godfather in Private sector and no matter in what package he is drawing, is condemning himself for not choosing government job for oneself.
Where as we all know that how productive are all these government employees and how profitable are these Government Divisions are...
I really feel miserable when I feel that we all are facing such
problem because this recession is originated from Europe and
America. It seems me like that, we have to face all ... Problems
of India (which are never ending and Enormous) and
problems of America (which is not our country) ..
Now I feel It is really very difficult to live honestly in this country (I have chosen private sector for work hard and work honest)........
