Get healthy get smart
It is often noticed at work, that we follow a set of principles in order to ensure smooth and effective functioning of our business. Often years of experience help in taking important career decisions, heights in business, we rarely ever use the same resolve when it comes to the functions of our own internal systems and our bodies in general. I hereby recommend the following measures that can stand the test of time .Try these and you will notice the difference in your health in a few weeks time.
THOU SHALL EAT MORE OF NATURAL FOOD
Consumption of natural foods, fruits juices, vegetable, and salads with green leafy vegetables, all types of beans, eggs, and non vegetarian foods can be very nutritional. Consume less of refined, stored and repacked foods such as chocolates burgers etc .
THOU SHALL EAT SMALLER MEALS, BUT MORE FREQUENTLY
Consume a small meal if possible every two to three hours. This is difficult to do so but it is of tremendous importance because research has shown that you actually become thinner by eating regular frequent meals rather than dieting and skipping meals .
THOU SHALL; IF LOOKING TO LOSE WEIGHT CONSUME PLENTY OF WATER
Since water is the only 0- calorie drink known to man it is advisable to consume a glass of water prior to lunch or dinner .you should drink sufficient water daily .
THOU SHALL START EXERCISE AT LEAST 30 TO 45 MINTUS ATLEAST THRICE A WEEK
Remember that it is very little time you can contribute towards your own fitness levels if you consider that it took you years to put on weight .It is good news ,however that you can get back into shape within a few month .
THOU SHALL PHYSICALLY ACTIVE
This can be achieved by walking and moving around more and sitting less at office, home or anywhere
THOU SHALL TRY AND MAKE THE ABOVE MENTIONED SUGGESTINS
Applicable on a regular basis occasionally cheating is permitted but very occasional, rather than forgetting everything in short time.
Most of us say that we try but we do not have time, we are to busy etc. but the truth is that we all stay within our psychological and physical comfort zone .many of us just attempt to do what is comfortable to us and in some cases even that is dangerously uncomfortable to us.
Lastly, remember to exercise smart and not hard.
