Title Tag is one of the most critical factors for achieving high search engine rankings especially in Google. This is almost criminal! This type of title does not give the user the search engines no idea what the page is about. It is not difficult to imagine that such pages will rarely achieve any top rankings in Google and other search engines for any keywords.

Search engines can not see that as an attempt to spam and penalize your site accordingly. In general, try to use short, but descriptive titles. Long titles will not be beneficial because Google will consider only one side and show the same result with the search.
