Martial Arts Classes a must for all students
Martial arts should be learnt by everyone, more so by students because, martial arts help to train and discipline the mind and make it more alert while strengthening the body. I have always admired the practitioners of any martial art and was also was looking out for martial art classes in my neighborhood. The recent news of new martial arts classes that had opened just a lane or two away delighted me and I went there immediately to investigate. My interest grew because there was a good chance I could learn Chinese Shaolin Kung Fu there, a martial art after which I was lusting since my teenage days. Yet it is not just a skill or a technique that you can learn easily, it is a discipline that takes years of training and practice to master.
I went there to find more and was really pleased to find what I wanted. Chinese Shaolin Kung Fu styles are variants of Kung Fu that developed in the Shaolin Temple of China. There are more than 1500 different styles that were developed in the Temple. There are also some styles that are derived from these temple styles. The temple derived Chinese Shaolin Kung Fu styles are divided into two distinct categories; the Northern Temple Styles and the Southern Temple Styles both having emphasis on distinct techniques. The martial art classes that I finally joined taught the Northern Temple Style of Chinese Shaolin Kung Fu; the one that I had loved since I was a child.
