Memorable Incident of my 1st interview
8 August 2007, at evening 4.30 when myself and my mummy were having tea, suddenly I received a call.
“Hello kya Sharad singh ji bol rahe hain kya”
“Yah Sharad here”
“Sharad ji mai SKS Microfinance Pvt Ltd. se bol raha hun, aapka résumé sort list hua hai aur aapka written exam 9 September ko subah 9.00AM bajhe hai,
aapko hamare Vivek khand Gomti nagar Lucknow ke office me aana hai “
“ok I will be there”
Then, I informed my mom regarding the job offer and told her that I have to go to Lucknow to attend exam. But one question was reflecting in my mind, as it is Microfinance company and what will I do there.
As I decided to attend the exam the next day early in the morning I asked my younger brother Bheem Deo Singh(BD Singh) to drop me to nearest bus station.
As we were going on bike unfortunately our bike tier got fail and I was in a big trouble. There were no autos or any other vehicles which I could had heir. After 30 minutes I took a lift from a Truck but that was till Tripula only. As I was again in a big confusion, by Gods grace I got a bus.
Oh…… my god it was my luck…but this luck was for little while..There was a huge traffic jam near Bachrawan city which was 50 KM form Luckhow. I saw my wrist watch which was already showing me 8.45 and traffic jam was very huge no chance for 1 to 2 hr, I was in a thought whether how will I reach there.
I gave a call to BD and told him the situation, “ Bhaiya kya karun meri samj me nahi aa raha hai” He told me “ Come back ab late ho gya hai” and one think was going in my mind ” chalo sharad ab kuj nahi ho sakta.. koi rasta nahi hai ab.
But suddenly I remembered “Sarkar baba and was praying for him “Hey baba ..Help Me”
I saw some vehicles were moving through a village and I told to myself “ Sharad 1 chance leke dekhte hain “
As I was trying for a lift ,a car stoped in front of me and the owner of the car asked me..” what happen”, I told him “ sir today is my interview and it’s a Traffic Jam and no chance for me.. will you help me please, please sir help me mai aapka ehsaan jindagi bhar nahi bhulunga” then gentleman told me “ok come with me“
“thanks sir”
Then I called to Vivek HR of SKS Microfinance “Sir I’m in Bachrawan and I am late due to huge traffic Jam. I will be there at 9.45AM.
After reaching I thanked sir Naseem who was a business man from Bhadohi and was going to attend a marriage party of his sister .
He said “Koi baat nahi beta, help karna to mera farj tha, tum jaoo tumhara exam acha hoga”
Then I saw my watch, it was 9.30 AM and how can it be possible but I booked a auto riksha in 100 RS,” kya bhaiya itna jada “.
” chalna ho to chalo”
“Ok chalo”
Then after 45 minutes I’m was in office and talking with Vivek regarding exam, but he told me “ sorry boss.. you are very late… no chance for you to give exam… its already going on”,
”please sir give me a chance”
Then I called to Himashu Tiwari please sir give me a chance then Himanshu told me can you solve your question paper in 1 Hour”
“Yah I can”
Then he told me come with me
Then I remembered Sarkar baba “ baba ashirwad dijiye”
I have solved all questions in 50 minute.
After all I’m very happy and said thanks to “Sarkar baba and also Mr. Naseem who was really my god today.
