We,EverSun Energy Pvt Ltd,Bangalore successfully excuted the turnkey EPC work( Engineering,Procurement and Contracting) of 1 MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant through Sun Edison Energy India Pvt Ltd,chennai for the project site at Gujarat Power Corporation Limited,Raisand,Near PDPU campus,Gandhinagar.

This 1 MW project has encompassed in its design, for the first time in India and Asia, different technologies in a demonstration basis. The success of the design and engineering in integrating multiple technologies on a single project site was appreciated by all. The project has got crystalline silicon panels of 230 WP,  Thin Film micro crystalline amorphous panels of 140 Wp, both on fixed axis mounting, Concentrating PV panels of 220 Wp with Tracker based system,  string inverters, central inverters apart from variety of protection features and systems, evacuating to a 11 KV Grid. The project was completed on 31st December 2010, and after initial trials started regular generation from 5th Jan 2011. The system has generated on an average 5200 units plus for the fixed axis panels, apart from generation of concentrator panels.  The execution from start to finish was completed in a landmark timeline of 90 days and overall project  time of 106 days.

The project inguarated by the Honarable chief Minister of gujart Mr.Narendra Modi and dedicated to the nation on 22nd Jan 2011 

The benifits accuring to gujarat include generation annully of 1.5 million units of electricity,enables 1500 all electric home to be powered,reduces corbon dioxide to the extent of 1500 Tons annualy and help protect the environment
