A man is a social animal and unit of a society. Development of complete society depends upon its human resources. That is why development of human resources is a major source of concern for each and every one from the time immemorial. Each and every individual tries to develop himself. Knowingly or unknowingly he is always inclined to achieve certain goal and ultimately in the process of developing himself. Also, as per theory of "karma" generally people are going foreward in the path of self realisation. There may be a few exceptions also.

Generally an individual is in the process of developing the self, his family members, his society, his country and the completely world. A few exceptions can not be ruled out. In this context it will be worthwhile to remember the following shloka (original in sanskrit)

"survey bhawantu sukhinah survey santu niramayah survey bhadrani pashyantu ma kashit dukh bhag bhwet"

(All should remain happy, healthy & without any disease and beutiful/handsome. They should be free from sufferings of any type)

It is the concept of human resource development in real sense. To establish brotherhood in the entire world is the prime concept. In other words it can be said that one should develop himself with others. Development of whole society is vital for the development of whole of the mankind. No one will be able to develope himself in isolation. For our survival it is the main task, which has always remain troublesome since a long long period - the time immemorial
