Leadership is considered as the most important parameter in the Management Language. The success of an Organization depends on the ability of the person who leads it. Leadership qualities are nurtured over a period by Hard Work. Some are born leaders as we see in the day to day life- Be it in the political field or in the business environment. However it is said that Leaders are made, not born. The leadership qualities are acquired by practice through generations by following successful people or through family hierarchy.
