Be a good Listener: when some one wants to tell kindly listen with enthusiasm and don’t interrupt. Generally we talk more than listening to others point of view and arrive at decisions. An open-minded listening to others enhances the image of a person.

No Arguments: We will never win through arguments. Whenever such situation arises it is better to convert the argument into a discussion so that others also participate. Open-minded discussions help a lot. Please don’t gossip in the name of discussions.

Responsibility: A positive persons don’t get excited for success and don’t blame others for failures. Such behavior should be nurtured over a long period with hard work.

It is to mention that in this society every one is a customer to the other, be it an enterprise, an office or in a family situation. The approach only differs as per the situation.

Communication: There is a saying that “A Fool speaks without thinking; a wise man thinks before speaking.” Communication is a very important element of Personality Building. Communication may be written ,oral or gesture through body language.

Criticism: Don’t criticize any body on the face. of it Constructive criticism also should be in the form of an advisory note with possible solution/opinion, in case it becomes necessary to tell about ones behavior. Receive criticism as a feed back.
