TOTAL STRESS MANAGEMENT AND TIME - DR. SHRINIWASKASHALIKAR

 As we study stress; and Total Stress Management; one stress of the passage of time; strikes our attention! This stress may not be conspicuous, but is not uncommon! 
The literature has dealt with this stress in different forms. Thus, the description of the loss of the romantic days of youth is found being in novels as well as movies.The ephemeral character of youth is described in the books of philosophy; to persuade us to do proper time management. The poets amongst us (and within us) become emotional while going down the memory lane. 
The concept of time is an enigma; a mystery; in several ways. A continuous process; of changes in the world and in one’s body; stimulates the human brain according to the stimulation of various receptors present in the body; because of the stimulations on the neural receptors and corresponding changes in the neuro-humoral secretions and metabolism, and consciousness associated with them! As a result; things last “long” or “short” and become unbearable or absorbing, but are always fleeting! Time is thus a relative reality in terms of its perception by us or our subjective consciousnesses! 
Through NAMASMARAN (the core of Total Stress Management); we go beyond this subjective individual consciousness (ego) and the “stressful helplessness” of playing in the hands of (what we call) “time”; by going beyond the three dimensions of matter and “time”! 
This is called Self realization or realization of God and is inevitably associated with objective changes in us; and the universe; which are called; God’s plan, God’s will, new era, spiritual renaissance, spiritual revolution etc!
