This blog is just about the HR policies of any company or business house. Its funny but 100% true.

HR = Hard Work( Yours) + Rewards ( Yours but given by

Them)

So it is a very simple HR policy. It has only two factors, one is related to your hard work and 2nd is related to rewards which will be given by them to you for your efforts.

Let us discuss the 1st part of the policy:

Hard Work = HR ( Manager) will say " Yah I know your qualities and I belive that you can do anything but you have to prove yourself. You need some training and guidlines which I will give you. So just follow that and I am sure you will achive the target.

In simple words" I know you are donkey but you have to win the Horse Race. I will help you with my experience ( which is nothing in fact). Are you ready for that?

Result : Target achived and you are happy.You have completed your work before the given time lines with 100 % quality. Even your seniors are struggling to complete the work.

Rewards : HR ( Manager) will say" Great work! you have proved yourself, see I told you that you can do anything. I am very happy with your performance. Go and collect your rewards.

Surprise ?????

After see your reward cheque, you got surprised. What is this? You have rushed to your Manager. Sir, please see this cheque. I have received less than anybody in the team, even than I have beat them in race.

Manager will smile and explain the policy. See dear, I told you that you are fersher and to make your postion you have to prove your self. You have proved, I agree but your team mates also prove them selves and thats why they are here. They are experienced and loyal employe of the company so its not possible for me to give you more rewards. I hope you can understand the things. There are many othere HR policies( Which is nothing) as per that we have given rewards to every employe.

In simple words : Dear you have proved that you are better than horse but as per HR policy we have given rewards to you. In your profile you have mentioned that you are donkey( Fresher) so that we can not give you more salary than the experienced one ( Looser).

You are donkey and salary should be given to you ar per your profile, in which it clearly said that you are donkey so go ahead and accept donkey salary. I know you won the horse race. But the fact is that they are horse and they deserve more than you.

Dear Friends I am not telling that HR policies are jokes or freshers are jokes but I am telling that in many companies HR people are using HR policies like that. Here I use word Donkey and horse but its not mean that in realty they are these. Once upon a time I was also a fresher and I had a very bad experience of these policies. Here I use these words symbolically if anybody hurts than I am so sorry. This is just a way to comment on unfair use of HR policies. Some time mangment use these policies like that and the impression comes out like this only.

I request to all of you if you are in HR dept or working as an HR than please use poilicies as polices not as a weapon. If anybody has doubt than give them time and solution instead of giving some standard slang words i.e I will check it out or I will get back to you which never happen.
