Tyre Pressure Monitoring System for your HEMM

Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is an advanced technology that is used to monitor tyre pressure. This new and advanced technology enhances the safety of the vehicle by warning the driver of the abnormal tyre pressure which can otherwise be dangerous and can even lead to an accident.

In India DCS Trading & Services Pvt. Ltd. Launched and promoting TPMS 360HD for off highway equipment with large bore sensors to accommodate the bigger valve stems that typically associated with massive tyres. TPMS stands for tyre pressure monitoring system. It does exactly what it sounds like: monitors the pressure inside all of the tyres on off highway vehicles. TPMS designed to monitor and display tyre pressure form 10PSI up to 188PSI.

When some companies walk around and gauge the tyre pressures manually, that can actually be pretty expensive over time and inaccurate because usage of old manual gauges. Tyres can be programmed for whatever pressures are desired, including differences on tyres on the front or back of a vehicle.

TPMS was first included on HEMM vehicles for safety reasons. TPMS system maintains the proper air pressure in tyres; allow the vehicle to perform to its full potential & saves money in thousands.

Running tyres with too little air pressure is not uncommon. It's been estimated that vehicle on the road is running on under inflated tyres. This also means that driver is needlessly sacrificing their vehicle's fuel economy, handling and reducing their tyres durability and tread life.

This type of pressure monitoring system is functional with separate radio frequency sensors for each wheel. Different sensors fitted on each wheel detect deflation and transmits the information to the monitor that is fitted in driver’s cabin through radio frequency signal.

Maintaining the correct tyre pressure for a vehicle is an important factor in how much load its tyres can safely carry. The correct pressure will carry the weight without a problem. Too little tyre pressure will eventually cause catastrophic tyre failure.

That’s the TPMS system; hopefully it’s helped you realize what it is & how important it can truly be.

Advantages:

The key advantage of the TPMS is fuel saving. This is because the system helps to detect the tyre pressure which plays an essential role in fuel consumption and fuel efficiency. Furthermore, low tyre pressure also results in a number of vehicle breakdowns and accidents. By ensuring proper pressure, drivers get an opportunity to enjoy a safer drive by escaping the chances of an accident.

Advantages of Doran TPMS over the competitors:

  • TPMS installation will complete in short period of time i.e. less than 1 hour. Some of the competitor products have laborious process to install which may take more than what Doran TPMS takes.
  • Easy in installation
  • Easy availability of accessories.
  • Doran TPMS gives warranty of 1 year from the date of installation.
  • TPMS gives accurate results in measuring of Tyre pressures. Avoiding the usage of inaccurate manual gauges.
