Learn from fallen stars !!!
I have understood this world with very hard experiences, at leat that is what I fee !!!. I studied B.Com, PGDBA, PGDEMM, MFT & MBA. with a good exposure to commercial areas in private sector manufacturing industries, in India.
Now, I want ask you a question - Can you tell me why does the world hate "the Hitler"?. the so called the great.
Every star performer has left some thing valuable for others to learn. Let me explain in short why the whole world hate "Hitler" and what can be learnt from his life. The world do not want to recognise what we can learn from his life. Every star performer who has fallen has made a very grave error, including the Ramalinga Raju of Sathyam.
Let me expalin in brief what is the "Grave Error":
For any achiver there are three stages of process for his action.
1.The Mind (Manas): This is uncontrolable soft organ of human and is very essential part of thought process. This gives the begining the "Desire" or "Dream". It lists out all that the person want to achive. e.g.(a) become a business man, (b) become a teacher, (c) make more money and be a rich man, etc.
2. Intellect (Buddhi) : What all the mind has suggested the intellect finds a way to achive. This gives a planning for achiving the goal (what the mind has provided) e.g. for (a) above may be study MBA, for (b) study M.Phil etc. for (c) may be HARD WORK, OR LOOT THE BANK, CHEAT THE BUSINESS MAN ETC.
3. The Soul (ATMA). This is not recognised in the modern training. Because it is neither a soft or physical organ. Science has not proved the existance of this, but Vedas have. One has to listen to ones SOUL, the inner voice, which every person has. Any human being before commits any act what is known to be anti social, his soul will warn him, but he only has to listen and not allow the first one "the desire" to over rule. Teh inner voice is generally heard in silence.
Now take the example of "the Hitler".
He had a dream, he had required intelligence. This can be proved by his achivement. He had almost half the world following him. He achived winning wars because people followed him and his words and orders.His intellect has proved by his accurate & meticulus stratagy. Let us accept what is good as good and what is bad as bad in true sense.
But he did not listen to his heart. When he listen his heart he had already committed dammage beyond repair. Hence suicide was the only way out for him.
One lives on his deeds beyond the life span i.e. even after his death. See now the case: as long as one remembers Mahatma Gandhiji for his great work which took the whole life span, Nathuram ghodse also will be remembered which he achived may which took few months of his life, but for wrong reason.
Take the example of Ramaling Raju. He had dream, he had intellect and through that could pool the required resourse and became a star preformer. He did not listen to his soul and the greed ushered by desire, the act of mind, over took his action. But at the end he had to fall and be condemned. What was achived in 20years realised the error in 20Hrs and lost every thing in 20 days.
Had he herd his soul(Atma) the inner voice, he would have realised that acumulation of so much riches was not required and what little he had earned would have stayed with him rest of his life but the recognition in the world would have out lieved his mortl life.
Remeber, Evey one has mind and gives all sorts of desire or dream, but to listen to your Intellect and SOUL, you need to have and respect the "CULTURE".
I will elobarate what is "culture" in the above mentioned context and how it is important etc. in my next entry.
